From 2009 I worked at the industrial fire brigade of the MOL Group in Hungary. In 2018 I became the HSE lead of MOL Plc.'s Exploration and Production organisation, and from 2022 the HSE director of MOL Hungary, responsible for occupational safety, environmental protection, fire safety and industrial safety. Since 2025 I have been the HSE director of Egis Pharmaceuticals Plc., where my organisation covers occupational safety, environmental protection, fire safety and industrial safety, the site fire brigade, and the coordination of the ESG area.

For 17 years I have supported businesses as a committed service provider, while in my role as president I actively work for the development and recognition of the Hungarian occupational safety profession. My main goal is to strengthen safety culture, so that protection becomes not merely a regulation but a natural corporate value. At the conference I take part as a panelist in the roundtable discussion.
